Better than expected
Haven't had to file a claim until recently and I was worried that this insurance would be worth it. I was convinced they wouldn't reimburse my claim. My cat was diagnosed with cancer and let me tell you, it has been so worth it. All my claims have been approved in 2-3 days. It gives us comfort knowing we can choose the best care for the remainder of his life because we planned ahead.

I really appreciate the ease of filing a claim
While it took a bit to initially sign up for the Insurance 2 years ago since that time all the claims have been processed very quickly with very little issues. I really appreciate Nationwide. I have also referred several other people to Nationwide's Pet Insurance. Thank you

Complete awesomeness
These guys rock! From the start of the sign up of our dog onto the plan to each claim we've had, everything is super smooth and easy to work. Even had an email exchange with a very nice claims person asking for additional documentation. Super friendly, helpful and most importantly, personable. Yes, that makes a huge difference with me dealing with companies, especially insurance companies that can be so stuffy.

Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
