Nationwide has been very supportive and great to work with on our claims. We've recommended your company to pet owners we meet.
We've been very happy with the service and support from Nationwide. We've recommended you to numerous pet owner friends. We learned of Nationwide Pet Insurance from our vet. I had not done an internet search or review. My "yes" below is because I can't really answer the question as asked.

I am so glad I chose to sign up for Ins with this company!
Was hesitant to sign up for pet insurance after hearing stories of people paying so much each month & still having pay for much at the vet. After the deductible, so far all of our stuff has been paid with no issues! Granted, we've been thankful to have no major issues with our sweet girl but they were helpful on her spay, her teeth, kennel cough & meds! Claims are so easy to submit, I love the app! Have had to call several times for various reasons (not bad) and the customer service has been absolutely fantastic from every person I have had to deal with!! I will certainly be a life long customer!

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
