I am impressed with the ease of filing claims and the quick responses to them. Our mini Goldendoodle is too! During Jinx's first year, I think we will get a good number of reimbursements making the price of the premium worthwhile.

Great service and coverage. I have used them for over 25 years for many dogs. The claims submission is so easy and I get my refunds quickly.

I was unsure how to file my first claim so I called customer service and spoke to a very helpful woman who walked me through the entire process. It absolutely couldn’t have been easier. In about a week, or less, I received a direct deposit reimbursement for my eligible claim amount. I’m so glad I bought this insurance as recommended by a friend. I’ve also recommended it to others.

I have had Nationwide coverage for all of my dogs over the course of 15 years. They have always been fair with pricing and claims.

This was the first year that pet insurance was offered through my company. I decided to purchase it for both of my kittens (both under a year in January when the policy started). Lola ended up needing an FHO procedure to repair a broken leg bone 3 weeks ago. I was so upset that she got hurt, but Urgent Vet of Fort Mill and CARE (Charlotte Animal Referral and Emergency) were wonderful and took such good care of her. She is doing awesome 3 weeks post surgery. I filed the claims on the vitusvet app, very easy! I received notification a few days later on the claims and received my check in about a week for the covered procedures. Thank you for making it so easy during the stressful time of caring for (and worrying about) an injured pet. I would highly recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance and will be renewing my policy going foward.
