Great service for my petbaby
I am very pleased with all the help I get from agents regarding the care of my dog, Reesecup. On my last call the representative was very helpful and gave me pointers on what I can do before Reesecup's surgery to ensure my claim goes through smoothly. I did everything she recommended and my claim process went through without a hitch and I am very grateful for that because this was an expensive surgery and having this insurance was one of reasons I was able to make a decision so quickly to have the surgery.

Very quick turn around on reimbursement of Pet invoice
I'm very pleased with the quick turn around on my pet invoice. I was reimbursed very quickly after submitting the form electronically online. Also the online claim submission process could not be any easier. All the basic info is prepopulated for me so I don't have to go searching for my policy number. I just needed to log, attach my receipt, add a description and I was done.

Easy, fast, paid for itself already.
So easy and fast to submit a claim using the app. Quick turn around on claims and fantastic customer service when you have a question. With the amount of vet visits from a new puppy, the insurance has already paid for itself for the year. You can't afford not to get this.

Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
