Saved my cats life
I purchased full coverage insurance when my cat turned 9 years old. 2 months after I purchased his insurance, he was diagnosed with a meningioma on his frontal left lobe (basically a brain tumor). After all the initial appointments, tests, MRI, surgery and follow up exams, my cost was $11,000. The insurance paid me back 90% of that cost. In the end, I only ended up paying about $1,800 to save his life. If I hadn’t had the confidence of insurance, I don’t know if I would have been able to afford to save my cats life.
He recovered extremely well and quickly. We are 2 years into recovery 😁 He now has other issues where he lost use of his rear legs and incontinence, but the insurance pays 90% of all his care: routine visits, blood work and urine (which he gets more often than usual because of his issues) and it pays for his prescriptions too.
In my cats case, the cost of insurance is well worth it.
