Nationwide | Pet Insurance Review

This is our second dog we have insured with Nationwide. I wish this was my human insurance. Our dog three years ago was born with 2 kidney that were not fully formed. We learned her fate when she was spayed as her health was failing. We found out we would lose her by the time she was 2.5 yrs. We did lose her but Nationwide never dropped us, they paid over $12,000 in vet bills, prescription dog food and even the holistic visits I took her to. Often an email came with a message to ask how Curry was doing. All our claims were paid 90%. Each time I spoke to a rep they were knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I have nothing but praise for this company.

Sophee has definitely improved with her new diet prescribed by the vet. She has not vomited or had diarrhea in over a week. Happy happy happy and a lot less stress. Used the online claim process. It was easy and my claim was processed quickly and I received my reimbursement very quickly! Thanks!

We lost our Hugo last Thursday the 16th. We are so grateful for the faithful service of Nationwide. You have helped us in the financial process and made it simple for us during his health issues.
