Amazing experience
I had the most amazing experience with National Pet insurance. The customer service was responsive and addressed all my questions effectively. After a few trips to the vet my dog has unfortunately passed away. I will be recommending National Pet Insurance to all my friends with pets. Thank you so much for your help during this difficult time for me while my dog was ill.

Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
