Super fast claim reimbursement! I am impressed; filed on 6/18 and the money was in my bank on 6/20. Grant it, the charge was for a problem my dog has had for years, not a new claim, but the speed in which the payment came was astounding!! Thank you

I feel like Met Life Pet offers insurance for pets at a fairly affordable rate. Benefit funds are paid out in a very timely manner and communications have been executed at world class levels of service!

Claim Processing & Review Time

Your claim processing time is my chief complaint. Almost one year into my policy, and I still have the same issue as started. You need to streamline and improve your response and review time to less than a week. I do have to share that you have a very good customer service line and leadership
