Great insurance. Claims are processed and there has been no problems. I’ve been with MetLife Pet insurance for two years now I love them.

There always a delay that involves me calling the vet for something even when I write on all the documents to please let me know or call the vet but every single time I submit a claim there’s always a run around then you get someone one the phone who give you around instead just talking straight forward about why no one bothered to call me or the vet to receive the missing documents. Why dies it have to be such a hassle other then I know you don’t want to give up the money
