Fantastic Team The MetLife Pet team is the best anywhere. They explained everything thoroughly and took care of everything including getting the correct documentation from both the VET and Surgeon. When I called to ask a question the representative told me not to worry, their job was to make sure the claim got paid. Unbelievable but true. Because of MetLife Pet and a great team of doctors, Lola was able to have her surgery and will be with us for a long time! Can't thank you enough!

Pricing details are not clear. We should be able to compare different options side-by-side, otherwise too confusing. Much more needs to be spelled out, what does much more includes?
