MetLife | Pet Insurance Review

I’ve been very pleased with MetLife Pet Insurance for my dogs Rambo and Daisy Diaz. Claim filing is straightforward and hassle-free, which makes the process stress-free. I appreciate how quickly the reimbursements are processed, minus the deductible, of course. It’s comforting to know that I can count on their reliable support whenever I need it. Highly recommend for pet owners looking for a dependable insurance plan!

Ease of claim submission via mobile app. It is much easier than through the website & on a desktop.

Excellent. Never a problem with reimbursements. Having a small issue with logging into the app, as I have to receive a code every time even though I click the option to remember my device. Other than that, I’ve been very happy.

Good customer service. The only negative is the premium cost. This is pricey insurance coverage. I have found much better deals but because my pet now has 'pre existing conditions' I can not switch companies

MetLife has been quick as possible to review my claims and issue payment
