Easy to use the app to file claims and to review my policy. Good response times. I’ve also called to ask a question and talked to a real person, who was able to assist me. These seem like bare minimum things, but I can tell you not every insurance company works as well. I’m on my third year with this policy and I’ve recommended MetLife to my friends who are looking for pet insurance.

I like how easy it is to make a claim on the mobile app. I receive a receipt from the vet via email, save on my phone and then upload the claim on the Met Life Pet app.

My experience with pet insurance has been very positive. It gave me peace of mind knowing I could cover unexpected vet bills without financial stress. Claims were processed quickly. I would definitely recommend it to other pet owners.
