We almost always get reimbursed quickly ,but every now and then you request more notes at times when animals are only getting meds.If not for that i would've given 5 stars

Very professional and knowledgeable. I have been with them for 5 years or more. Great insurance and get refunds in timely manner. They care about your pet and the health of your pet.

Having Metlife as a pet insurance carrier is the best thing I could have done. My Fur baby was not feeling good she couldn't keep food or water down I had to rush her to the EV to see what was going on. Honestly If it wasn't for Metlife I more than likley would have been struggling through the next couple of weeks to afford gas or groceries even a bill but Metlife took care of the claim right away and I didn't feel such a big financial impact. We all know when the unexpected happens we don't always have a means to pay for things but not having pet insurance means that you can't always do what's best for your pet, and for me well that's not a option my pets are my baby's and having Metlife makes life choices for them better.

I am pleased with the claim turnover time. It is super easy to navigate as well.
