I have had very friendly, kind, helpful and knowledgeable customer service experiences. I've called to ask questions to ensure I've submitted my claims properly and with proper documentation to avoid any delays in processing and they've been very helpful in educating me so I get the most out of my insurance benefits. And if anything new comes up they find me a quick answer. By understanding the correct information and documentation needed to process claims it helps to expedite the process. And the friendly and caring customer service employees are a welcome bonus.

Great Experience Every TIME! I have been with MetLife Pet Insurance for over 2 years now and have great experiences each time I submit a claim. I have 2 Frenchies so I am submitting claims more than I would like but every time I do the claims are handled in a professional and efficient manner. And the few times I have had to speak with a claims manager it has been flawless and they always rectify the issue. I recommend MetLife Pet Insurance to all my friends/family that have pets!
