Great customer service

Great customer service. Had a minor issue submitting my claim. Alexis took care of it over the phone in minutes. Wish my insurance was this good.

The people are great

The people are great, but the product itself is SO confusing. Why when I submit claims is there not more detailed information on the payment or linking it back to receipts. Its insanely confusing especially compared to how we get receipts at the vet.
