Ok so I had just adopted my first pet and well I google pet stuff and I saw pet insurance which I have no knowledge of that , since it's my first dog So my pet got an upset stomach or indigestion, and and well I s not my husband to the vet And our bill was 650 and I sent the claim, and to my surprise, apparently they went based the soap notes my husband was scared and wanted our pet treated quick so he told the vet he had been throwing up and bla bla for about 2 week, so apparently that's y the ins didn't cover , because the dog got sick before the insurance kicked in, which is so stupid, I can buy a life ins today and not be sick, all of a sudden I die with a heart attack, will I be covered or no cause I died before ins. Kicked in, so my question is why keep the policy if I'm gonna be paying every bill out of pocket, deductible is 250,and the 2 visits I've gone to only part was taken off which I don't get how many Drs visits should I make before deductible kicks in, plus I'm stuck with the 6hundred plus bill, this is absurd and popusterous, then I call to ask question and no one knows how to explain, and there is more ins, companies I sure will check them out

MetLife Pet has been wonderful. The claims process is super easy and I was reimbursed quickly. I am very happy with MetLife!

Easy to upload receipts. I got prompt notification of the claim being received and under review. Then my reimbursement followed within 7 days. Met Life makes it easy! I highly recommend.
