MetLife | Pet Insurance Review

I am thrilled that MetLife insurance is effectively helping to lower our veterinarian bills. Marlee is my first dog with comprehensive wellness and emergency care insurance, and I can confidently say we should have made this decision years ago.

My claims are not being processed in a timely manner. A couple have been overlooked and when I follow up on the status I am unable to get an answer.

MetLife has truly been a lifesaver for all of our dogs. I have two senior dogs with chronic illnesses, which can be incredibly expensive to manage. Their customer support team is kind, patient, and caring. While the payment process can be a bit slow, they have never missed a claim.
