Much quicker reimbursement time :-)

It used to take a few weeks to get reimbursed, which was very inconvenient. This most recent claim I made was paid in only a few days - this is very much appreciated!

Ease of use

Metlufe makes understanding the process of insurance for my puppy easy. Submitting claims and receiving refunds is quick and easy; her file is easy to track. I like the educational articles that come out. I find them useful in some areas I need further knowledge. I’ll keep with MetLife.
