Don’t respond for larger claims
Have not responded to major surgery claim that was resubmitted last week, yet smaller claim for ear infection addressed immediately. Dragging their feet on reimbursement for the claim.

I was skeptical about getting pet…
I was skeptical about getting pet insurance and thought if I tried to get reimbursed, that it would be a nightmare. MetLife Pet Insurance, completely proved me wrong. I’ve had to use it twice so far and had my money within couple days. Their app is user friendly and the process couldn’t be easier. Fantastic company to help keep your fur baby healthy. Now I don’t stress about taking my dog to the vet when something doesn’t seem right!
