No benefit for our family... we barely break even.
I lost money trying to figure out how the app worked because I would try and give up. NOTE: ALL the customer service people I spoke to were fantastic!! I think the thing that pretty much snapped it for me (we won't be renewing next year) is when we get an increase of 61 percent in our monthly cost. There will be no benefit. Might be beneficial to others but unfortunately not for us.
