It was my very first time to use this insurance benefit for my pet so I wasn't sure what to expect, as we all have experiences of our own health insurances that sometimes are quite frustrating. But it was surprisingly simple and the agent whom I talked to was professional and helpful.

Return Payment after Service.

I’m not sure if the new veterinarian I go to is providing information more efficiently, but my return after visits with my pup has moved much quicker. Though it was slower in the past, working with the insurance via the app has been pretty simple.
