Easy & Quick
The claims process was easy and the turn around was quick. I uploaded a picture of the bill and in 1-2 business days I received the reimbursement. The mobile app is intuitive and user friendly.

Customer service was great
Customer service was great. I called to verify if the service my dog needed would be covered, given it was dental surgery. I would have been happy either way because I was able to get a good clear answer..... it was covered. The claim process after the fact was fairly easy and smooth. I couldn't be more happy with it.
