First time having pet insurance and…
Overall it has been positive and straightforward and the app makes it easy to file claims.
First time having pet insurance and it's been over a year now with MetLife. I would actually give 4.5 stars if I could because this year my auto-zelle refunds did not go through, with no changes being made to any accounts. And because of that denial, I received paper checks in the mail for refunds. I have set up auto-pay to my checking acct. to avoid that and hopefully there are no issues or denials going forward. I was informed that my Zelle acct. is now no longer an option to receive refunds since it did not go through. Annoying, but their Customer Service has been excellent every time I've called for support. I always get a human on the line, so far.
I've also used their online vet-tech when my dog sprained his paw on a Sunday night. It was over text and I sent them pics. They were helpful and convenient.
