The process to submit claims through the app is very user friendly. The payments are reimbursed quickly.

So far so good
It’s very easy to file a claim. It’s very easy to do most things. My concern is as I file claims. How is this going to affect her premiums? Are they going to go through the roof? Because that’s insurance and that’s why it’s a scam you pay heavily into it and never use it but the second you use it they jack up your rates. Let’s see if that happens with MetLife.

First claim for Daisy
I submitted my first claim for my Shih Tzu Daisy’s vet appointment. It was very easy to upload on the app. Within a couple days we had the claim money in our bank account. We will continue to renew this policy every year.
