Its not just one time but every single…
Its not just one time but every single time I don't receive a payment there is no cooresponding EOB which states will be sent via post office mail, however I am not receiving any. The claims submitted don't makes sense as meds have been covered in the past so why arent others being covered?

Horrible experience
If you actually have to deal with a problem be prepared to talk to 10 different people without any communication between them. Corporate Bureaucratic BS.

Metlife is Getting Better!
This submission was good. My experiences in the past have been around the 1 star level. Hopefully they're getting better. It would be nice if they could include the Claim number they're working on in the e-mail replies.

They Keep The Policy Holder Up To Date On Recent Claims Etc. Excellent Customer Care & Extremely Polite Employees that Really Are Interested In Listening To The Customer & In This Day & Age Its Hard To Find Such A Strong Care Like That, Keep Up The Good Work Metlife Pet !
