The people are great

The people are great, but the product itself is SO confusing. Why when I submit claims is there not more detailed information on the payment or linking it back to receipts. Its insanely confusing especially compared to how we get receipts at the vet.

Fast and efficient

Everything is electronic now a d my vet sends me digital notes and receipts so filing claims is a breeze. Only one issue is I would prefer to get an electronic transfer of the payment rather that a check in the mail.
