MetLife Pet Insurance is a great product.

I have had MetLife Pet Insurance for 3 plus years. The app is very easy to use. The policy options are great. The claims turn around time is quick and reimbursements are always deposited fast. The only negative I find is the policy price. Seems a little expensive but you also get what you pay for.

Claims are a joke

Claims are a joke. Every time a submit a claim you ask for last 12 months of history, which you have! You ask for SOAP which you have! I spend more hours doing the work for you that it's not worth the cost. I still have $5000 in outstanding claims from Apr-Oct

My experience has been great with MetLife Pet Insurance. The app is super easy to use and the claims process is very easy to navigate. Love how quickly things move and reimbursements are quick and hassle free through Zelle.
