Your associate I spoke with was wonderful, once I got to her, a live human! What I don't like is how difficult your app is to use, and how your phone tree definitely dissuades users from trying to get through to a live person. NOT a good experience!

My experience was good submitting my bill for Addie Maes doctors vist at Flannery's Hospital in Newburgh. The only issue I had was that it was necessary to start a new claim when I needed to submit more paperwork that Metlifr Pet Insurance needed because I could not submit said paperwork to an existing claim. They need a submit paperwork to an existing claim.
