SCAM ARTISTS
Scam artists. Complete rip off. The company preys on people who lack the time or patience to fight them on every single claim.
They will scour your vet bill for the tiniest whiff of anything pre-existing, and then deny the entire claim even if the purpose of the visit had nothing to do with something chronic that's just noted as part of the pet's history.
These clowns 100% get paid commission to deny claims.
EDIT: not surprisingly, you’ll now see a response from MetLife below inviting me to contact them. Don’t be fooled by this free PR move masquerading as genuine concern for customers. They had their chance, and chose instead to repeatedly deny valid claims.
