After my insurance almost doubled
After my insurance almost doubled, I requested to cancel. I then did so in writing, not once, but twice. You refused to take it. I therefore had to stop my vacation in another country to call, multiple times only to be told I had to fill out a form. I therefore had to walk to get internet and charge my computer to do so, only to learn from a supervisor that the emails should have been good enough, basically I was lied to in an effort to continue charging my credit card. Even if we could work out a new policy, I will not give money to a company that can't tell the truth.
