Deemed my dog with a “pre-existing…
Deemed my dog with a “pre-existing condition” which he did not have. They approved some of his meds and then told me it was a mistake!
I cannot enroll him in any other insurance because of this. His vet even called them to argue the point that he did not have allergies. That’s why he’s still enrolled with this company
