Keeping me informed throughout the claim process. I really appreciate that MetLife acknowledges my claim submission, let's me know they are working on it, let's me know if they are still waiting for my veterinarian to provide the SOAP notes, then closes the loop with a communication that my claim was complete and my check will be direct deposited via Zelle. Super easy process, and user friendly mobile app!
