Was upset but they came through and I am very happy with them

I had a few issues and it took longer than I expected for a response so I was pretty frustrated but MetLife came through and I am very happy with their service. We have the family plan for our 2 pups and its been great.

The online instructions in submitting a first time claim was easy to follow and explicit on what documentation was needed to upload with the claim. I appreciated the quick response in acknowledging my claim as received, acceptance of the claim and a timeliness for claim processing.
