It seems every time I submit invoices…
It seems every time I submit invoices from the vet with both of my dogs on one invoice, there is always some sort of issue. One dog will get paid out, then there's an issue with the other one's payout, or the payouts will both lag. I end up calling the CSR's multiple times to tell the same stories a million times.
The CSR's are very friendly and try to be as helpful as possible, but I also get different stories as to what's going on with my claims.
I could go on and on about issues I have had with almost every claim I have submitted since I I started with MetLife, but I am not. Going forward to make life easier for myself and the adjusters, I will submit one claim per dog, even if they are receiving the same exact treatments.
