This was a first for me submitting claims for my pet. I found it to be very easy, just upload your documents follow instructions and that's it.

Great Service
I reached out as I had to change the pet owner to my name and the phone service was most excellent (her name was Alicia)
I submitted my claims and received notice that the $ was going to be put into my bank account. It only took 2 weeks.

Best decision ever!
