The claims process is simple and easy. Turnaround is great. If you make a mistake, the team works to correct it while you're on the line. Every team member I've worked with is upbeat, courteous and knowledgeable. They provide excellent client service.

In terms of claim reimbursement time

In terms of claim reimbursement time, I am very pleased. However, you raised my rate by 40% without a legitimate change in my pets health status. Given how insurance treats pre-existing health conditions, this feels like an abuse of power.
