⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – I couldn’t be happier with my experience with MetLife Pet Insurance. The claim process was fast, simple, and completely hassle-free. I submitted my documentation online and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the reimbursement was processed. Their communication throughout the entire process was excellent—clear updates and prompt responses every step of the way. What truly sets MetLife apart is their generous reimbursement percentage, which is among the highest in the industry. It gave me real peace of mind knowing I could focus on my pet’s care without worrying about unexpected expenses. Highly recommended to any pet owner looking for reliable, responsive, and fair coverage.

We have had MetLife for about 3 years now. And they have been great we have a Saint Bernard which has had some medical issues and MetLife has been wonderful with any information we needed about our policy and the coverage that we have on him is fantastic, it makes life so much easier.

What good is a chat with a Vet if no one ever replies. Very very disappointing.

For the plan I have, I like that once you reach the deductible, everything is covered, there are no limits

I have had MetLife Insurance for 9yrs for my dog who has an array of health issues. Applying for claims on the website is extremely easy and convenient. I appreciate the communication I receive during the process. If I had to make any criticism is that I didn't receive notice that my monthly payment would be increased. Everything has gone up so it wasn't a surprise but I would have liked a heads up.
