Fast payout for claim
Fast payout for claim and covered a lot of my vet bill. We added the preventative package and I actually had some issues at setup. They processed a cancellation and refund within about 10 days for first policy and second policy did cover a lot of what we needed.

MetLife Pet Insurance has had good coverage and fair pricing. They also have good customer service if you've got questions about policy or coverage decisions. No complaints and very glad we purchased it!

Filing claims is so simple with MetLife Pet Insurance! I love how it always starts with asking if my dog is ok. There is very little I have to do and I always get reimbursed more than expected for things we are already paying for!
