Helpful and cooperative
Claims people are generally pretty good about explaining why claims are accepted or denied. Agents generally help you find the best coverage for your situation. Coverages are good and claims are processed fairly quickly.

Small issues but timely reimbursement
Scanning my vet receipts into the app is usually quite easy. During my last submission, I did run into an issue with the app not allowing me to upload a photo from my camera gallery (which is how I normally submit my expenses) and I had to spend extra time to submit it differently. I have noticed that review times and reimbursements have been timelier as of late, which is greatly appreciated when incurring extra expenses. Receiving reimbursements timely allows for reimbursement before credit card bill is received. Process is easy and quick and I am very satisfied with MetLife Pet Insurance.
