MetLife | Pet Insurance Review

Great service. The claim for my cats' vet visit was processed very quickly without extra fuss like the previous insurance company I used. I will continue to choose MetLife for myself and my cats.

My dog has been dealing with some serious issues and have had to file 7 claims in past month, all have been approved quickly and most times have reimbursement before I even get the eob. But even on regular issues like allergies or getting meds refilled I come out ahead and saving money each month with pet insurance. My dog gets an allergy shot each month and even after paying the monthly policy payment and coinsurance, I still get about 65 dollars back. Don't know how nice it is to get money back that you spend on vet bills and not have to worry if their is a problem or serious health issue, I'm at 3500 spent in a month and MetLife has reimbursed 90% of it already! And still have to go see the specialist for another surgery

Customer service has always been available and helpful, the claims are paid appropriately and in a reasonable timeframe, and after much research, the rates and coverage were better than any other insurance company for Pets. They even cover preventative care. I have been extremely happy with my Pets plan.
