Always quick and easy to be reimbursed if i forgot something( which is often) id receive an email in very timely matter as to what was needed.

Reliable and prompt response!

We've had MetLife Pet Insurance for 2 years now and it's been a great program. I send the claim in and within 10 days or sooner I get a response and the money that is owed to us for a claim is in my checking account.

Less pleased than initially

I have to constantly resend invoices and additional info for a dog that they have insured for over 6 years and who has documented renal disease. Also raised my rate from $50+ a month to over $80 a month with no upgrade in services
