Takes a long time to review Claim
The app states the claim will be assigned in 3 business days. That has never happened. The last claim I had to resubmit 3 times and took almost a month to be assigned. It has always taken much longer than what is promised.

Easy to submit a claim
Easy to submit a claim, quick review of claims and depositing funds in bank. Communication is good-MetLife sends emails that claim is being reviewed and also emails to tell that claim has been settled. Website is easy to navigate and informative.

Filing a claim was easy and quick
Filing a claim was easy and quick. Payment was done using Zelle and went straight into my account! I was very pleased with how the process went.
