Overall great insurance
The turnaround time for most claims is super-fast! I notched one star bc there is one claim we submitted for our dog's neutering a good 4 weeks ago that we haven't heard back about. Kind of strange considering some of the others (blood work, routine care) are usually approved in a few days.
