Pretty good company

Overall the experience was wonderful but when it comes to claims there needs to be clarity that this insurance company only reimburse you $500 for the 30 day coverage and not 100% as explained to me when I first signed up! But outside of that everyone was great.

Easy to use

Great Pet Insurance

I have tried other pet insurance companies before and they were mediocre compared to my experience with MetLife. The claims process is flawless, the coverage is excellent and the customer service is wonderful. I highly recommend this company. You will be surprised at how efficient this company is.
