Final process and payment. However, initial process was somewhat confusing in that we had taken out kitten to a Dr., an after-hours clinic and an emergency hospital. What was unclear is if I was supposed to file by, Dr or date. Which I complicated the process by filing multiple claims. It was ultimately the same health issue and should have filled under 1 (one) claim. Would be helpful to clarify that for newbies.

All 3 of my dogs are covered, it is easy to register for the coverage. Nice choices of coverage.

Very straightforward sign-up and easy to compare plans with what's covered. I was able to see what additional coverage would cost and what I would actually utilize at the click of a button and a little calculator work. Like the transparency.

I called customer service to change my account number for reimbursement . The representative sounded exasperated with me she sent me the email link ro make the change I asked her to wait on the line until I received it to avoid me having to call again. Waited a few minutes did not get the link she did not inform me it could take up to 30 minutes ro receive. So I waited on the line with her ( I thought) after 5 or 6 minutes I asked are you still there she was gone just hung up said nothing to me. I eventually received the link and made the change. You raise your prices every year the least you can provide is courteous service .
