I have three (3) fur babies all are insured with MetLife Pet, I cannot begin to explain their professionalism, understanding compassionate caring way they have for my babies. once a claim is submitted it is handled in a speedy manner, payment is also expediated in a fast easy way. Met life pays %90 and is very thorough. Reviews are rather slow, but they document the payments. and are fair. Vet bills are so very high so it's nice to have met Life on your side!

Thankful for MetLife

I don't know what I would have done without our MetLife pet insurance. Our dog has had to have surgeries and therapy that would have put us in financial difficulties. MetLife has been wonderful through our entire ordeal. The claims process was simple and they never gave us any hassle. Reimbursement was quick and easy. I tell everyone at work about this amazing benefit!

Just takes about an average of 15 days or so to get reimbursed for your claim- from the time you file until you get paid. N.B. after being approved of your claim- it will still take an additional 2-3 days for completion.
