Good benefits; Needs better phone answering
It’s good benefits for the cost. It’s easy to submit claims. My reasons -1 star is that it is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone without calling half a dozen times. The phone numbers and hours are super unclear, and we don’t like getting bounced around the multiple representatives. Otherwise, it’s easy to use, reasonable cost, and covers a fair amount.
