Filing a claim is easy. The site makes it easy to provide the required documents and lets you know that they have been received. Follow-up emails provide you with status updates. The whole process is quick and easy to understand.

Reliable and trustworthy insurance
They have consistently paid claims promptly and fairly. Customer service is easy to reach and always helpful. A year or so ago I would have given them 5 stars. However, recently they seem to have a machine read the claims I submit and there are always errors. Then, I need to take the time to call them. They do eventually correct the errors.
