Claims are getting placed on hold…
Claims are getting placed on hold because the adjuster claims there is no invoice. I submitted 2 invoices with all of the info on them for meds. This is frustrating you have individuals who cannot or do not want to do their job!

We are grateful for this insurance plan for all of our animals. The processing time is often completed within the 10 day window, but many times it does take a week or two longer.
I would like to submit feedback in regards to filling out the claim forms. It would be much easier to fill out the forms online, rather than printing a form, filling it out by hand, then scanning the form to submit. Also, if the Veterinary information box could have a slide down option to choose a vet, rather than filling that information in every time. The space provided in the printable forms is very small.

Ease & Overall Excellent Care
Any time I've called customer service, I've been met with friendly and thoughtful care. I'm happy with the ease of submitting claims, the ease of talking to a human when needed, and the returns on my investment. I get the impression that MetLife cares about my dog and me, and that feels good.
