All expenses are promptly reimbursed

My dog was diagnosed with Heart failure and all eligible expenses were promptly reimbursed after meeting deductible, including tests, prescriptions and purina cardio care food so far. It usually takes 2 weeks or more to get your claim being processed. Service representatives are knowledgeable and respectful. Thank you!

Great coverage

Great coverage. Quick and easy to submit a claim. Anytime I’ve called about anything the staff has been kind, helpful and empathetic. Also the claim processing was much faster this most recent time. Thank you!
